    Just an appropriate option for a city trip in Colmar with great value-to-price ratio. Reception staff were friendly and professional, making check-in smooth. The bar closes early, so stock up on drinks beforehand.

    A wide range of more than adequate and extensive breakfast options. Good sized room plus an individual safe, air conditioner, and a minibar. A really unforgettable stay for a Saturday night at Christmas time.

    Modern spa facilities, prime location, excellent room amenities

    The bathroom design leaves much to be desired with outdated fixtures!!! Noise from the outside is bothersome, especially in rooms facing the street. Finding dining options nearby can be quite a challenge!!!

    Friendly staff

    Arriving in the middle of the night, the reservatin was canceled, there was no room. The hotel was fully booked. I was lucky there was another customer with reservation that dit not show up.

    Everything was amazing! The staff was excellent, showing very nice hospitality from check-in to check-out. Our room in the Beautiful King Room with Balcony and Park View was both modern and cozy. The spa was a highlight with fantastic facilities that provided a wonderful escape. Special touches included a good welcome drink and attentive service at the bar. The lack of in-room dining options was disappointing. I also noticed that food service is limited two nights a week, which feels unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The cleanliness was great, but I did have minor issues with what seemed to be slow service at times when ordering snacks. Looking forward to visiting again, hopefully with an enhanced dining experience.

    Lovely helpful staff with good English spoken. Excellent recommendation for dinner restaurant from receptionist. A new Lebanese place, called bk which was very attractive, great food, service and value. Hotel is in a very peaceful setting beside a park and water fountain. It is an easy walk to major tourist attractions and shops. Nice breakfast and setting looking out onto the park.

    No blockout curtains or shutters on bedroom windows. Street lights at night and early morning sun made room very bright and sleep a bit difficult.

    I stayed for a couple of nights to explore the beautiful sights around, and I was completely charmed by the enchanting atmosphere. The breakfast area was enormous and offered fantastic food-the pastries were a standout! The large terrace was a perfect place to unwind after a busy day, especially with the beautiful park views. The location made visiting attractions like the Little Venice area and the Museum of Toys easy, all just a short stroll away.
